Love Those Shirts started out with two friends in 1997, working out of a small garage in Fort Worth, Texas. Dreaming of something bigger, my partner and I moved into a small office finally becoming R.O.I. Group. Since that time, the company has seen continued growth, thus allowing me to buy out my partner and continue on toward higher successes. We have been privileged to open more than 75,000 accounts nationwide. In our effort to continue growing, we introduce to you, Love Those Shirts.com. The new website allows us to bring you more high quality products than ever before. We sell name brand t-shirts, caps, corporate and casual wear, as well as uniforms for multiple sports. We even have pens, key chains and calendars. If it can be printed on, we’ve got it. We offer silkscreen, full color printing and embroidery. We are committed to making our new customers just as satisfied as all of our current customers have been over the past 12 years.

Robert Acree- Vice President
Bob as he is known has been an integral part of the successes at Love Those Shirts. He has been a loyal employee for over 10 yrs. Bob looks forward to someday retiring and be able to spend his days golfing and fishing. Bob has actually gotten a “hole-in-one" twice!
Irene Bruce-Has been a part of the family here for 3 years now. She loves to watch movies and spend time with her kids.
Brandon-Dixon- Is a hard worker who has been here for nearly 4 years now and loves to watch football. However, his heart belongs to the Cowboys!
Chris Newton- Is the newest member of our team. He comes to us with 14yrs of experience in t-shirt printing. Chris enjoys his free time riding motorcycles and playing the guitar.
Kevin Balentine- Contract Printing Manager
Tony Vuquera-Joined our team about 8 months ago, bringing with him over 15 yrs of t-shirt printing experience. Tony still loves to ride his skateboard and he also collects vintage WWII memorabilia.
Dennis McElveen- Graphic Arts /Web Development Group Manager
Dennis has worked with us in many different aspects over the past 5 ½ years. He loves the art department the best and also the challenges of creating one-of-kind art. Dennis is known as the company “Movie Man” and "Mr. Fix It".
Laney Smith- has been a valuable asset to us in the 4 years that she has been here. She has a graphic arts degree and loves to be creative. She is a mother to twin boys and loves to read in her spare time.
DeWayne Whittaker- Chief Technology Officer
DeWayne has been a significant asset to Love Those Shirts.com, ultimately helping us to take our site “live”. He is currently a Ruby on Rails & PHP Programming expert and a CTO at Jazz.com. He attended Olivet Nazarene University and USAF- Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. In his spare time he loves to ride Harley’s.
Chris Schrader- New Accounts Manager
Chris has been a part of the family here for about 2 years. He has a great outlook on life and loves to help others. He teaches others so that they can teach too. Chris loves to go fishing, snow skiing, camping & mountain climbing and is an avid Seahawks fan. He has won numerous pie eating contests and one day hopes to muster up the courage to do a little standup comedy.
Todd Russell- General Sales Manager
Todd is very committed to his job and has been here for over 10 years. “I get to talk to interesting people in all 50 states”, he says of the reason he loves his job so much. Todd was a Green Beret in The US Army and is currently working on his Masters of Science Degree in Information Systems at Tarleton State University. Todd spends his free time scuba diving and volunteering at a battered women’s shelter.
Tarra Clarke- Office Manager
“Tarra the Great” as she is known has been around these parts for 10+ years. Tarra loves her job and has a great outlook of life. She loves to camp, grill out, read and watch movies. “The Academy Awards is my Superbowl” she says! She is also proud of winning the jump rope contest in the 3rd grade-you should hear her story…
Laura Berlingieri Robison- Sales Verification Manager
Laura, who is originally from New York, has worked with us for 6 ½ years. Working in verification allows her to talk to people all over the country which she thoroughly enjoys. Laura was invited to join
Phi Theta Kappa for her academic excellence in college. She is interested in photography, painting and going to the movies. Laura loves shoes! In fact, she owns so many shoes that her attic is now her closet.
Candida Freeman- has been a member of our team for 2 years. She loves to spend her free time with her son and going fishing.
Eric Nordstrom- Customer Service Manager
Eric joined our team over 4 years ago. His favorite part of his job is keeping the customers happy and satisfied. Eric volunteers with the Habitat for Humanity and with the Shitzu & More dog rescue group. He loves watching football, especially the Steelers and is very much into running, biking and ice skating.
Brenda “Kermie” Smith- Receptionist
Kermie has been a part of the family for over 9 years now. “I just love all the people I work with” she says of her job. She has a contagious smile and is always laughing. We couldn’t do it without her! In her free time she likes to shoot pool and country dance.
Specialists
Andy Miles-has been a member of our team for almost 9 years now. He spends every extra moment of freedom out on the golf course.
Tony Blair- joined our team about 5 ½ years ago. You can find him playing disc golf in his free time.
Rashell Cartwright- is the newest member to join our team. Rashell likes to spend her free time boating.
Don Baugh-has worked with us for more than 2 years now. Before coming to us, Don played a part on the show Deadwood for over 3 years.
